Manual EEPROM Programmer

Some StocksClocks and Sgitheach projects use a 28C16 /32 /64 electrically erasable programmable read-only memory EEPROM. A simple programmer was built to be able to manually write (programme), read and edit these EEPROM memory chips.

The design is very limited as it can only address the first 256 bytes of the memory. However, this was more than adequate for the intended purpose. If smaller EEPROMs were still available we would have used them.

The design is purposefully simple and does not use a microcontroller.
